    How is this different from a broker / banker engagement?

    We're not transactional. We do not represent sellers. We source relationships for buyers — typically 12-24 months before a deal — so you have the conversation early, build trust, and have first-look when the owner is ready. Once a deal is active, you'll still want a banker; we feed the top of that funnel.

    What about confidentiality?

    Outreach can come from a discrete persona mailbox without revealing the buyer's identity until conversations advance to a defined stage. Many serial acquirers prefer this — keeps the broker network from learning you're sourcing.

    How many targets does a typical roll-up program track?

    Depends on geography and vertical depth. Regional MSP roll-ups typically track 100-300 active targets at any time; a single deal might come from 18 months of relationship-building. The system scales — Lead Manager + dossier briefs work the same at 30 targets or 3,000.
